We are securing a 75,000 sqft industrial facility in Tempe, AZ. This facility has 2,500A 480V3P service, 24 ft clear height ceilings, 400 parking spots, and colocation infrastructure. This facility will contain standard manufacturing equipment and machines. Receive, laser, stamp, bend, weld, coat, assemble, package, ship, all day, every day.

Phase 2: Unification of 2 warehouses into a single 150,000 sqft facility
There is a similar 75,000 sqft facility on the same property. We are designing modifications to unify the two facilities into a single 150,000 sqft one-stop-shop.
Phase 3: 15 and 30 acre site plans of mixed-use manufacturing campus.
Our 15 and 30 acre site plans include a residential condo tower, retail, restaurant, commercial, and manufacturing space with bulk self-storage.
